How to Set Up the Perplexity API key

This article will guide you through the process of connecting your Perplexity account with AI Content Labs.

Step 1: Access your Perplexity account

Go to the Perplexity login page: https://www.perplexity.ai/. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one at the same link.

Step 2: Obtain your Perplexity API key

1. Go to the Perplexity settings page: https://www.perplexity.ai/settings/api. To do this, click on the Settings icon located at the bottom of the left-hand side menu.
2. On the Settings page, click on the “API” tab.
3. Click on the “Generate” button to create your API key.
4. Copy the API key displayed. Important: Save this key securely.

Step 3: Enter the API key in AI Content Labs

1. Access your AI Content Labs account: https://app.aicontentlabs.com.
2. In the user menu (bottom left), select «Set Up API Keys».
3. Locate the Perplexity card and click on «Connect».
4. Paste the API key you copied into the corresponding field.
5. Click on «Save».
